Therapeutic Coaching
Stop healing,
Start living
You don’t need to be fully healed to live fully
Ask yourself...
Are you tired of healing being your full-time job?
You’ve done the therapy. You know your past inside out. But instead of moving forward, you find yourself re-reading the same chapters - more analysing, more journaling, more collecting ideas from Instagram that never quite make it into real life.
Do you long to trust yourself but keep looking outside for the answers?
You want to feel grounded, but when life gets messy you slip into second-guessing, scrolling, or asking others what to do. You’ve done the inner work but self-trust grows from practising how to meet challenges in both your mind and body. Discomfort might never vanish, but your capacity to hold it can expand.
Are you stuck in your story instead of shaping a new one?
You can name your patterns, but you still replay them when life gets hard. Understanding your story was freeing at first, but now it feels like a cage - more analysis, more journaling, but no real change. Growth means loosening your grip and stepping onto the uncertain path toward something new.
What if hard moments didn't mean you were failing as a person?
When challenge hits, you slip into fixing mode, thinking you’ve done something wrong. But struggle isn’t failure, it’s part of life. When you change your relationship with difficulty, you stop fearing the waves and start riding them.

My Story
The world of therapy helped me grow. It gave me language for my experiences, insight into my patterns, and space to process. But after a while, I realised I was stuck in the same loop, seeing every setback as proof I hadn’t grown enough or learned to regulate “properly” yet.

I began to see the same pattern in my clients: ruminating, over-analysing, and judging themselves whenever life felt hard as if struggle meant they hadn’t done enough work.

The turning point for me was realising that struggle isn’t failure. It’s simply part of being human. And when you build the capacity to meet it, in both your mind and your body, you can create a life that feels rich, joyful, and truly yours.

Now I help people who’ve done the deep work but feel stuck in it. Together, we shift from endless self-analysis to embodied, present-day living. We build capacity, take action, and move forward even when it’s messy.

I created Stop Healing, Start Living because you don’t have to be perfect to participate fully in your life.
You’re ready. Let’s begin.
